Overview Channel Management is a support team that plans, develops, directs, and implements the strategic initiatives of Contact Center Operation’s programs and channels and oversees their performance, effectiveness, and efficiency.
Additionally, we execute business plans by collaborating with Digital Channels and stakeholders to build relationships, opportunities, and roadmaps for Contact Center Operation’s communication channels.
In this role, as an intern, you will be expected to provide operational support to the business unit.
To support the performance studies, analyses, and evaluation of processes, products, or services.
To contribute to projects and initiatives.
Potential Projects/Initiatives to include: Conversational Banking Member Journey Reviews Support Self Service activities.
Transcript Analysis Post Call Surveys/ Post Chat Survey reviews The Summer Associate Program is a 12-week internship program beginning in May 2024 and ending in August 2024.
Students will work on impactful projects and meaningful work during their internship.
To qualify for this position, applicants must be currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university and have an anticipated graduation date of December 2024 or later.
Responsibilities Provides operational support that directly affects Channel Management functions.
Ability to research and identify process improvement opportunities.
Participates in planning, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing programs.
Ability to perform qualitative and quantitative data analysis using analytical techniques.
Interpret results of analysis/discovery and provide recommendations, solutions, or potential impacts.
Qualifications Working towards bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or the equivalent combination of training, education, and experience.
Exposure to problem resolution including determining root cause, scope, and scale of issues.
Basic analytical thinking skills to include summarizing information and clearly identifying key elements, patterns, results, or relationships.

The number of days reporting onsite will ultimately be determined by the employee's leadership and business unit needs.
