8000 BTU midea window unit - $250 (Falling Waters)

Remote controlled and Like new! This window unit is a u-shaped inverter style window a/c.
If you don't know about these, they are very quiet and energy efficient compared to a typical window unit, they are closer in efficiency to a mini split than anything else.
I absolutely love these and would be putting it to use if I had any need for a window unit.
The good: Only used a handful of times Clean Has no issues The bad: Missing the foam inserts for filling the air gaps, so you'll have to improvise on that front.
