The Plant Training Coordinator has the exciting opportunity to positively impact the training experience for all new hire employees and employees beginning a new position.
Job duties include updating and creation of training documents for various departments, Work Instructions, training timelines, checklists, and the training database.
* Monitoring new hire training progress & hands on training
* Actively supporting trainers and trainees
* No travel required
*Required Qualifications*
* Associates degree in Training & Development or similar – preferred
* Certified Professional in Training Management, Associate Professional in Talent Development, or similar certification – preferred
* Two or more years’ experience in extrusion
* Organization, flexibility, self-directed
* Proficient in Microsoft Suite
