About The Position
Ensemble Music Schools is seeking a personal and professional Music School and Store Administrator to help administer our Charles Town/Ranson WV music retail store and school.
The Music School and Store Administrator will serve as a primary point of contact for our customers, students, families, and teachers to ensure smooth functioning of our day-to-day operations.
Primary responsibilities include:
Responding to phone calls and emails from students and families regarding instrument rentals, purchases, and other requests for information
Helping to manage our website and social media presence to represent the school to our local community
Helping to organize and store inventory
General administrative tasks as needed
The successful candidate will be an organized, motivated self-starter with a strong customer service mindset.
A demonstrated interest in music, music retail, and music education would be an asset.
Hours are flexible, but M-F 2-8pm is preferred.
Position would be 25-35 hours/week.
