Gymnastics Party Aide (Tier 4)

Gymnastics Party Aide (Tier 4) Reports To: Gymnastics Event Manager SUMMARY: This position would be supervising the gym for safety, checking safety waivers, and helping party hosts with their general party needs.
QUALIFICATIONS: The individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Requirements - 16 years of age Reliable childcare and transportation Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights/weekends Pass a background check Character Traits - Outgoing personality Having a like for children Capacity to understand and follow oral and written orders Able to take corrective feedback and apply it in future behavior Organized and being able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Great customer service and teamwork abilities Electronics - Must have a device where company apps can be downloaded Must have your own working email address Physical Demands - Be on your feet and active for 4 to 8 hours at a time Must be able to move mats up to 30 pounds ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES include the following: Ability to handle high pressure situations such as accidents and minor injuries Being on time, dependable and maintain the same schedule Check guests into and/or help with our waiver system Communicate with host and guests about gym safety Enforce rules regarding safety Performing minor cleaning duties such as vacuuming, cleaning mirrors, moving equipment, mopping, and sanitizing EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE: Working towards or obtained a G.
