Chicken coop - $550 (Clear Spring)

Selling our used chicken coop.
My wife has a chicken problem and we’ve quickly outgrown this one.
It is 4’2” square and 5’6” high at the peak.
Has 4 nesting boxes which should be sufficient for 10-12 hens.
Also has removable poop trays.
The roof that came on it didn’t last long so we had it replaced with 30 year architectural shingles last year.
It’s been sitting elevated off the ground on cinder blocks so the wood wouldn’t rot.
It’s not perfect but it’s still solid.
Dust and cobwebs inside but otherwise pretty clean.
$550 or best reasonable offer.
