Used Back Yard Shed - $1,000 (Sharpsbug)

I have a 8ft x10ft wooden storage shed that I am looking to sell as is for $800 or to repair and sell for $1200.
If no reply within the next 2 weeks, I plan to repair the shed and repost with a new picture.
