LPN Dispensing Nurse (Full Time)

_Licensed Practical Nurse (Entry Level, Dispensing) _ _LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)_ Martinsburg Institute - Opioid Treatment Program - Martinsburg, WV Martinsburg Institute is seeking a Full Time Licensed Practical Nurse for Medication Dispensing on Monday - Friday (5:30am-1:30pm).
The applicant must be licensed by the Board of Nursing.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: * Prepares and administers medication to Program clients, maintaining essential medication inventory records and logs in compliance with State and Federal regulations.
* Observes and appropriately records/reports changes in a client's condition.
* Provides physical addictions-related consultations to clients on an as-needed basis, recording such consultations in the client's record.
* Initiates and maintains interprogram arrangements consistent with the Program Protocol pertaining to the continuity of client care and treatment.
* Coordinates medical treatment by providing medical information, on behalf of the clients, to other services; i.

, hospitals, inpatient facilities, etc.
* Participates in professional development activities to maintain state-of-the-art knowledge and skills relevant to nursing practice in a drug rehabilitation program.
* Performs other job-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

00 - $56,000.
