LPN Educator

The Arc of Washington County is looking for a LPN who is ready to assume a training / administrative role with our Direct Support Professionals.
This position would be a part of the HR training team serving as a primary instructor in our bi-weekly orientation classes and conducting 1:1 trainings with staff in their work locations.
Orientation classes would include First Aid / CPR; Choking and Dysphagia and Fundamental Rights, as a minimum.
Instructions in work locations would include using a portable mannequin to conduct 1:1 training on basic care / hygiene as well as training needs identified for a particular location.
