Access RN Part Time EOW 8am-8pm and one night shift during the week 8p-8am

The Access Registered Nurse is responsible for completing the admission assessment to determine a patient’s eligibility for hospice services; completes all necessary processes to admit a patient into the HWC program; participates in Plan of Care Development and Marketing activities.
* Licensed in the State of Maryland or hold a compact state license * Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse and/or BSN, preferred * Minimum 2 years of experience as an RN, preferred * Excellent verbal and written communication skills * Valid driver’s license, car insurance and reliable car * After 90 days of employment, will be required to cover for Franklin Hospice in Franklin PA as staffing needs arise.
