SCAM WARNING - 1972 Fender Rhodes Mark I Stage 73-Key Electric Piano 1 - $900 (Winchester)

Someone just listed an ad for a "1972 Fender Rhodes Mark I Stage 73-Key Electric Piano 1969 - 1974 - Black Rounde" for $900 (First red flag!).
Of course, a Fender Rhodes for that price is very appealing to any of us who know about them.
Unfortunately, it's a SCAM.
The person is going to say that you can come buy it but they are going to request a deposit to hold it so they can pull the listing and tell others that it's no longer available (Second red flag!).
This is a common scam tactic.
They will list a desirable item at a can't miss price and will tell you that people are knocking down their door to get it so you can hold it by sending money electronically.
If you google image search the images on that ad, you will see that this scam has been done in other parts of the country with the exact same photos (Third red flag!!!).
The same exact listings are up now on Craigslist in Michigan and Stockton, California.
For some reason, some scammer keeps trying to do this scam with a Fender Rhodes.
It's been done multiple times in this area.
Please never pay anyone up front for an instrument or equipment that is being sold locally.
No one who is doing business in good faith would ever ask you to send money to "hold" anything.
We see these scams all of the time on here and on Facebook.
As an avid music instrument lover, buyer, and seller, I hope for us look out for other people who have the same love as us.
Please flag and warn other musicians if you see a scam or a listing of something that it clearly is not.
