Sales Associate

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team.
As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers.
Responsibilities: - Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner - Provide product information and demonstrate product features to customers - Assist customers in finding the right products to meet their needs - Process sales transactions accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale (POS) system - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays - Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner - Meet or exceed sales goals and targets - Collaborate with team members to achieve store objectives Requirements: - Previous experience in retail sales is preferred - Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Basic math skills for cash handling and transactions - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Knowledge of jewelry sales is a plus - Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for career growth.
