We are seeking an Estimator to join our team.
As an Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and blueprints, conducting cost estimates, and preparing accurate bids for electrical interior projects.
Most of our work is in and around DC however our office is located in BUNKER HILL WV.
The ideal candidate must have a good work ethic, communication skills, and willingness to succeed.
Duties:
- Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to determine project requirements
- Conduct detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates for labor, materials, and equipment
- Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain accurate pricing information
- Prepare comprehensive bid proposals that meet client requirements and deadlines
- Utilize estimating software such as EBM to create detailed cost breakdowns
- Coordinate with the project management team to ensure accurate project budgeting and scheduling
- Maintain accurate records of all estimates, bids, and related documentation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.
00 - $80,000.
