*Job Description:*
Cornerstone Lawn Services is currently seeking a dynamic and highly motivated individual to fill the role of Landscape Production Manager.
This position requires a candidate with at least five years of experience in landscape installation and maintenance, and extensive knowledge of landscape and hardscape practices as well as strong leadership skills
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *Project Management:* Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of landscape installation and maintenance projects.
Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
* *Leadership:* Provide leadership and guidance to the production team, including crew members and subcontractors.
Delegate tasks effectively and ensure that all team members adhere to safety protocols and quality standards.
* *Job Layout and Supervision:* Utilize construction drawings to lay out job sites and supervise multiple projects simultaneously.
Ensure that all installations are carried out according to specifications and design plans.
* *Bilingual Communication:* Ability to communicate fluently in both English and Spanish is essential for effectively liaising with team members, clients, and subcontractors.
* *Technical Skills:* Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction drawings is required.
Additionally, familiarity with computer software for project management and communication purposes is necessary to streamline workflows and facilitate effective communication.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of five years of experience in landscape installation and maintenance.
* Extensive knowledge of landscape and hardscape practices.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects.
* Bilingual in English and Spanish.
* Proficiency in reading construction drawings and laying out job sites.
* Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in project management software.
* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
*Compensation:*
The compensation package for this position will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
