The ideal candidate will have experience in the construction industry and be knowledgeable about the various materials, labor costs, and other factors that go into creating a successful estimate.

Responsibilities and Duties: * Prepare, evaluate and develop cost estimates using AGTEK Takeoff Solutions software * Ensure timely and accurate completion of estimates * Communicate with team members and sub-contractor partners regarding new and current projects Qualifications and Skills: * Degree in Civil Engineering, Applied Science or relevant field preferred * 3+ years of experience in general site development and/or building construction preferred * Ability to read project plans/specifications and develop cost estimates * AGTEK experience preferred, will provide training to hired candidate * Proficiency using Blue Beam, Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook and Excel) * Able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines Job Type: Full-time Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Referral program * Vision insurance Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Day shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Construction estimating: 3 years (Preferred) Ability to Commute: * Winchester, VA 22602 (Preferred) Ability to Relocate: * Winchester, VA 22602: Relocate before starting work (Preferred) Work Location: In person
