We are looking for an experienced estimator to join our team.
Knowledge & Skills Needed for this Position: * Strong technical knowledge of plumbing & HVAC * General computer competency * Able to type efficiently, utilizing Microsoft Office * Able to communicate effectively with project managers, customers & vendors * Organized & able to meet deadlines * Punctual & maintain neat working environment * Attention to detail & accuracy * Ability to multi-task & prioritize duties effectively Job Responsibilities * Utilizing plumbing & HVAC knowledge to estimate material & labor costs needed for service repair proposals * Verifying equipment pricing & availability * Ordering & managing materials & parts * Establishing & maintaining vendor relationships * Creating equipment submittals * Responsible for processing equipment & part warranties We are looking for individuals who display a positive and professional attitude toward their team members.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.
00 - $62,400.
