We are looking for an experienced estimator to join our team! -strong technical knowledge of plumbing & HVAC (nice to have but not required) -general computer competency -able to type efficiently, utilizing Microsoft Office -able to communicate effectively with project managers, customers, and vendors -organized & able to meet deadlines -punctual & maintain neat working environment -attention to detail and accurate -ability to multi-task and prioritize duties effectively -utilizing plumbing & HVAC knowledge to estimate material & labor costs needed for proposals -verifying equipment pricing and availability -ordering & managing materials & parts -establishing & maintaining vendor relationships -creating equipment submittals -responsible for processing equipment warranties We are looking for individuals who display a positive and professional attitude toward their team members.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.
00 - $62,400.
