Landscape Crew Leader

Responsibilities: - Supervise and lead a crew of groundskeeping and landscape maintenance and installation workers.
3-5 year's experience.
- Plan and prioritize daily tasks for the crew - Maintain and care for gardens, lawns, trees, and other outdoor areas - Knowledgeable in but not limited to horticulture, planting, pruning, soil amending, , pest and/or disease infestation recognition is a plus.
- Plant identification experience preferred.
- - Irrigate plants and ensure proper watering schedule.
-West Virginia Pesticide Applicator License a plus.
- Industry related math and problem solving skills.
-Valid Driver's License is a MUST.
- DOT medical card or the ability to obtain one (company is willing to assist in this process).
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping - Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively supervise a team - Knowledge of various landscaping techniques and equipment operation - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions - Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards Note: This job description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
