*Position Summary*: The Order Processor is responsible for reviewing order forms and CAD drawings in order to create cut-lists for our cabinet projects.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*
* Receives jobs from Final Orders email distribution, logs the job, and saves it
* Review incoming orders and CAD drawings, as received, for accuracy
* Utilize Cabinet Vision software to enter data and generate cut-lists for production floor, and generate programs for panel saw and CNC
* Prints AutoCAD drawings for folders
* Maintains QC Log and documents quality control issues
* Maintains On Hold Log
* Creates labels for cut-lists and ensures cut-list folders are distributed on the Production floor
* Serves as backup for Order Processor
* Ensures all company and department policies are followed
* Making copies for job folders
* Performs other tasks as assigned or directed
*Education, Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities*
* High School diploma
* Familiarity with AutoCAD software preferred
* Strong math skills required
* Meticulous attention to detail
* Strong proficiency with Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel) required
* Cabinet Vision software experience preferred
* Excellent communication skills
* Must be pro-active with good problem-solving skills
* Must be highly organized, flexible, and a self–starter
* Must be able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines
* Experience in working in a team environment
* Knowledge of cabinets or construction industry are preferred

*Work Environment*: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to the typical environment found in an office, as well as those found in a wood manufacturing facility, such as noise, dust, heat, cold, and finishing fumes and odors.
The employee may often be required to walk to warehouse building, in which case the employee will encounter normal weather patterns for the season, i.

, heat, cold, rain, or snow.

*Position Type and Expected Hours of Work*: This is a full-time position.
Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm.
Must be able to work occasional overtime as required.
