*Responsibilities, include but are not limited to:* 1.
Plan and oversee construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget and resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction.
Provide technical support, leadership, and management on the job.
2.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of the construction process, including scheduling, materials procurement, and labor allocation.
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and specifications.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
3.
Conduct site visits to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications as well as monitor project progress and quality and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
4.
Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations and ability to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
Proactively address client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.
5.
Ensure project teams fulfill customer commitments in a professional, high-quality, and timely manner.
Provide hands-on job-site installation as required.
6.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, manage Crews and maintain yard organization.
7.
Logistical planning and organizing of project teams and their jobs.
Ability to effectively procure materials for jobs and supplies for crewmen and track man-hours and project materials.
8.
Oversight of equipment, vehicles, tools, and facility maintenance.
9.
Provide quality control/assurance of all production.
*Requirements* 1.
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
2.
Familiarity with CRM platforms.
3.
Ability to provide logistical planning and organizing of project teams and their jobs.
4.
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and processes.
5.
Proficient in reading & measuring blueprints and schematics.
6.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
7.
Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a team.
8.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bilingual (Eng/Spanish) strongly preferred.
9.
Valid driver’s license and driving history required.
*Qualifications:* 1.
Minimum 3 years’ Project Management experience required.
2.
Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) a plus.
3.
Experience in tracking and managing expenses (i.
e.
, job costing).
4.
Proven ability to lead multiple teams and projects concurrently.
5.
General computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel and Word.
6.
Ability to work overtime, as needed, to meet deadlines.
7.
Candidates should exhibit leadership, with strong management and organizational skills and be goal orientated and driven; able to be proactive/forthcoming in communication and able to multitask and maintain professional demeanor.
8.
Must have a wide range of landscape experience and excellent working knowledge of the equipment, tools and labor needed to accomplish work.
9.
Must be able to read and interpret landscape plans and specifications.
10.
Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus.
11.
Valid driver’s license and driving history required.
