As a leader, the Production Supervisor takes a big-picture, strategic view of overseeing the entire production system while leading the workforce through coaching and development.
Focused on optimizing how all the pieces fit together through data analysis, planning, process improvements, and leadership capabilities.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Enforce safety, quality, regulatory, and company employment policies and procedures.
* Direct all production activities for assigned manufacturing department(s), overseeing personnel, training, quality control, schedule attainment, competitive lead times, performance metrics, preventative maintenance programs, and manufacturing costs.
* Create/coordinate/collaborate department schedules, priority orders, and assign duties to production teams to maximize on-time delivery and labor efficiency.
* Conduct root cause analysis and develop solutions for production bottlenecks, equipment issues, gaps from standards, & scrap deviations.
* Maintain adequate inventory disciplines of raw materials, components, tooling, and supplies.
* Thoroughly investigate incidents, facilitate corrective actions, and administer development processes as warranted.
* Coach employees through performance reviews, improvement plans, and succession development
* Promote culture of accountability, teamwork, continuous improvement, and mutual respect
* Other duties as assigned.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.
