2nd Shift Supervisor

Description: Supervise staff to ensure that tasks are completed on time and according to safety laws Order materials needed for production Evaluate staff performance and provide training where necessary Oversee production and quality control Manage daily schedules, employee shifts Assign duties to employees and oversee their progress Ensure that daily sales/production goals are met Train and integrate new workers Provide guidance and feedback to employees when needed Ensure industry rules and regulations are followed Handle customer and employee complaints Resolve conflicts between employees Maintain inventory accuracy and compliance Responsible for continuously monitoring the production activities Oversee the work of the employees on the floor Requirements: Experience working in manufacturing in a managerial role Natural leadership abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Knowledge of health and safety protocols Excellent time management skills Ability to problem-solve Ability to multitask Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand for extended periods of time
