HVAC Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities: - Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems (HVAC/R) - Perform routine maintenance on HVAC/R systems to ensure optimal performance - Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC/R system issues - Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC/R systems - Conduct regular inspections of HVAC/R systems to identify potential problems - Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to complete projects - Follow safety procedures and protocols when working on HVAC/R systems - Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC technician - Proficient in operating and maintaining various types of HVAC/R equipment - Knowledge of ammonia refrigeration systems is a plus - Strong mechanical knowledge and troubleshooting skills - Experience in field service and working independently - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings - Knowledge of plumbing and electrical systems related to HVAC/R installations - Familiarity with HVAC system design principles If you have the required skills and experience, we would love to hear from you.
