*Position Summary:*
As Maintenance Manager you’ll oversee the strategic operational oversight for all of maintenance within a 24/7 manufacturing setting.
You’ll plan, direct, and monitor preventative, and corrective maintenance, and repair activities to ensure the facilities, machinery and equipment operate reliably and efficiently.
Champion for safety, ensuring the safety execution of all maintenance activities, are conducted within our safety procedures.
Provides a safe and controlled work environment for manufacturing personnel and contractors while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

PowerBI experience a plus.
Experience navigating cloud-based programs such as SharePoint a plus.
*Day to Day:*
· Oversees all maintenance activities of a 24/7 maintenance operations including injection molding, rotational molding, structural foam equipment, Parts Crib, and facilities.
· Manage capital equipment expenditure process including justification, planning and execution.
Develop and execute cost reduction programs to create more efficient manufacturing operations.
Control spending ensuring budgetary goals are met or exceeded
· Sets and evaluates department goals and objectives to align with company strategic plan and ensuring maximum department efficiency.
· Direct all reliability and maintenance activities to ensure that maximum operational potential is realized for within our manufacturing plant.
· Collaborate with Production Manager and Engineering team on major maintenance and project requirement within manufacturing production and engineering to included preventative maintenance activities and major down time issues.
· Oversee outside contractors performing installations and projects at the facility
· Hires, trains, coaches, and reviews performance management of employees.
While working in partnership with HR.
· Process improvement (Six Sigma/LEAN) includes leading change initiatives, planning and facilitation of improvement projects
· Develop and implement policies and procedures as it relates to the maintenance functions.
*Other Qualifications:*
· BS Degree or equivalent experience (5 years + as a maintenance manager or operations manager)
· 5-7 years Maintenance / Engineering experience in plastic injection manufacturing environment.
· Lean manufacturing culture orientation.
Physical Requirements:
· Must be able to walk/stand up to 75% of the shift and lift to 50 pounds
· Must be able to frequently bend and twist and have unrestricted use of upper extremities.
