JOB SUMMARY
Coordinates production of wide format and digital material, in addition to overseeing all Fulfillment operations.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Directs operations of the Fulfillment, Wide Format and Digital print departments.
Coordinates production of work between Hagerstown and Falls Church facilities.
Procures additional labor resources from Manpower as necessary.
Enforces adherence to Quality Control procedures.
Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules, and expedites workflow.
Implements employee performance management programs.
Writes and delivers employee reviews, keeps close tabs on employee morale and creates a positive working environment.
Proactively coaches supervisors and production teams
Continual process improvement and workflow change management
Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Plans layout of warehouse, and other storage areas, considering turnover, size, weight, and related factors of items stored.
Advises employees on care and preservation of items received, stored, and shipped; methods and use of equipment in handling, storing, maintaining, and shipping stock; and related problems.
Studies records and recommends remedial actions for reported non-usable, slow moving, and excess stock.
Reviews records for accuracy of information and compliance with established procedures, and to determine adequacy of stock levels.
Traces history of items to determine reasons for discrepancies between inventory and stock control records and recommends remedial actions to resolve discrepancies.
Assigns duties and examines work for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency.
Avoidance/Reduction of spoilages by adherence to strict quality control standards
Creates action plans to address spoilage and equipment failure root cause analyses
Communicate internally as required to meet deadlines
Adheres to a high standard of professionalism in all communications and interactions.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree (B.
A.
) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of any Inventory software; generic Order processing systems; Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet software and Microsoft Word Word Processing software.
