SUMMARY OF POSITION
We are seeking a driven Project Manager for our industrial services team.
The Project Manager will be responsible for running projects along the I-81 corridor from Shippensburg, PA to Harrisonburg, VA.
Previous knowledge with self-performed concrete, fabrication, erection, millwright and pipefitting is highly preferred.
A successful candidate shall have a minimum of five years industrial, and construction related PM experience, along with an Engineering or Construction Management degree or background with applicable field experience.

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Read and interpret complex construction documents and drawings
Review, organize, maintain, and process contract documents and shop drawings
Originate and/or review, submit, log and distribute RFI’s and the RFI responses
Develop and maintain project schedules
Work closely with operations to optimize field staff and construction means and methods
Must be willing to direct and enforce job site safety
Oversee field supervision and assist in monitoring job site quality
Responsible for submittals and project documentation
Coordinate and manage subcontractors
Interface with clients to negotiate change orders and to initiate additional work
Maintain client relations as needed for repeat business
Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
Excellent communication and time management skills
Extreme attention to detail and experience with tight deadlines
Extensive daily travel will be required, overnight travel is not anticipated
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
A four-year degree in engineering or construction management
5 years of experience as a project manager in the industrial/construction sector
Vast knowledge of local area and clientele
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
Strong computer skills is required
Good communication skills and a willingness to learn is required
Knowledge of deep foundations and formed concrete is preferred
Knowledge of rigging, erection and millwright work
Knowledge of process piping
Knowledge of both OSHA and MSHA safety regulations is preferred
