What you will do As the Manager for a Maintenance function, you will hold an important role in the Hagerstown Plant Organization.
You will report directly to a second line managerial level referred to as an Maintenance Area Manager.
You will support the short and mid-term success of the function and the plant.
Manage your Maintenance organization against set safety, quality, delivery and financial targets by leading and coaching your maintenance team Continue the implementation of Volvo Production System (VPS), which means to implement standardized ways of working, develop the organization and achieve contribution from all employees This role will focus on the development of our Skilled Trades Team.
Pioneering development plans for our 100+ employee team of skilled trades men and women.
Setting the path for years to come of our Training and Development Plan.
Full accountability and ownership of your team’s development, UAW relations, project follow up, midterm road map (0-5 years) and policy deployment from plant to operator level.
