Job Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional customer service as you safely move, pack and unpack customer belongings.
Guide our clients through the moving process from beginning to end.
Perform walk-throughs with client at job site to ensure customer and our team are on the same page
Communicate professionally, both verbally and in writing; interact with customers with a courteous and positive attitude.
Assist crew leader with preparing truck based on job details
Assist crew leader with paperwork, billing and job close out responsibilities
Job Requirements:
A commitment to customer service and an appreciation for variety and hustle in your job.
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent customer service skills
Professional attitude and demeanor
Experience in the fields of general labor, landscaping, construction or warehouse helpful.
Stamina to lift heavy items (80 lbs or more) repeatedly while climbing, balancing, kneeling, crouching, walking, etc.
