Seeking an experienced construction Project Manager for a growing team.
* *Must have 3 -5 years of estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
*
* *Must have experience working on education, senior living or healthcare projects*
* Must be able to read drawings (structural, electrical, mechanical & plumbing), be familiar with take-offs, prepare labor, material, equipment, and subcontractor estimates.
* Effective interaction with contractors, engineers, architects, and team members is essential.
* Must be proficient in Excel and Word.
Experience with On Screen Takeoff and Smart Bid preferred but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.
00 - $110,000.
