What you will do Coordinate problem solving activities cross-functionally to resolve product audit findings, while supporting our internal customers and suppliers.
Lead problem solving efforts related to prioritized production issues using Lean Six Sigma tools and techniques.
Ensure that the audit way of working follows all Volvo policies and audit manuals criteria.
Develop a sustainable 5S - cleanliness program for audit area.
Develop the competencies of the product audit team.
Coordinate and analyse results of Conformity of Product (COP) inspection per criteria.
Drive Continuous Improvement using lean manufacturing tools.
Coordinate the ISO Management system activities.
Assist with Project and Product Audit activities as needed Who are you? Critical competencies and experience Excellent communication skills to work cross-functionally with both our customers and production teams to establish a trustworthy network.
Problem-solving expert with a strong customer focus.
Understanding of customer impact to aid in proper decision making.
Knowledge of lean methodology concepts and quality tools to coach and grow the competencies of production quality teams.
Knowledge of both heavy-duty powertrain components and assembly processes.
Results oriented per Plant strategy.
Preferred candidate will have knowledge of ISO 9001 standard and experience of management system as well as internal ISO 9001 audit.
The ideal candidate for this position has a bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in quality, manufacturing, engineering, or technical service.
