In search of inexpensive mechanic (Hagerstown)

I'm seeking someone who knows how to fix on vehicles.
I need someone to look/fix my Nissan Rogue 2011.
My heat went out and was told that I need blower motor.
And it (the Nissan) started to not want to start; it jerks while driving as if it may cut off and it seems as if you let off of the gas it will cut off.
Having issues with it starting (believe this could be spark plugs, may need a tune-up).
Not exactly sure but those are some of my thoughts to the issues I'm having.
Please only reply if you know what you're doing and are not seeking to "come up" cause I don't have come-up $$$.
Looking for someone that can sincerely help and not charge over and beyond the necessary amount to fix.
