Solar Technician

Position Overview: We are seeking Solar Technicians to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Responsibilities: Install solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware according to design specifications and industry standards.
Perform electrical wiring and interconnection of solar components, ensuring compliance with local codes and safety regulations.
Troubleshoot system issues and perform repairs as needed, including diagnosing faulty equipment and replacing defective parts.
Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to maximize system performance and longevity.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or relevant trade qualifications preferred.
Understanding of electrical systems and components, including AC and DC circuits.
Familiarity with solar industry standards and best practices, including NEC guidelines.
Proficiency in using hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
