Job Summary:
The Electrical Engineer is responsible for planning and design of electrical systems associated with construction projects that will meet customer needs in the most value-add manner.
This also includes the development of standards and procedures along with evaluation of electrical matters in the field of commercial construction.

Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering
Must posses an Electrical P.
E.
in VA; Licensed Electrical P.
E.
in both VA and NC a plus
At least 5 years of construction experience with working knowledge of the electrical trade and familiarity with general construction procedures and practices
Great computational and spatial ability while maintaining attention to detail
Advanced working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics and principles
Exceptional computer skills including working knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD, Revit and other engineering software
Possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently with a teamwork mentality
