As a Solar Photovoltaic Installer at Veteransenergy, you will play a crucial role in the installation and maintenance of solar photovoltaic (PV) systems.
We are looking for motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and a commitment to learning.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Install photovoltaic (PV) systems in accordance with codes and standards, using drawings, schematics, and instructions.
* Handle and maintain tools, equipment, and materials used in the installation process.
* Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards at all times.
* Assist with the assembly and mounting of PV modules, inverters, and other system components.
* Install module array, interconnect wiring.
* Assist in troubleshooting and resolving system issues as needed.
* Monitor PV system performance.
*Qualifications:*
* High school diploma or equivalent.
* Solar Installer or Electrician experience of at least 1 year
* Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
* Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physically demanding tasks.
* Excellent teamwork skills.
* Understanding of hand and power tools.
The salary for this position will be negotiated based on your proven experience, ensuring that we recognize and reward your skills and expertise.
