Production Planner - Inwood, WV (USA)

Logoplaste is seeking to recruit a Production Planner to join the plant team in Inwood WV (USA).
The Supply Chain Planner will be directly responsible for the creation, dissemination, and accuracy of the daily production schedule for the production team.
Additionally, the Supply Chain Planner will also be accountable for reviewing, tracking, and coordinating maintenance functions for the area for which they are responsible.
The Supply Chain Planner reports to the Supply Chain Manager.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Planning, scheduling, and coordinating production to support customer demand.
Communicate all known requirements and capacities to relevant internal departments as necessary.
Review, create, submit, and maintain controlling data for production SKUs.
Present, communicate, and inform customers of all requirements for the supply of finished goods as requested.
Evaluate, review, identify, and plan raw material inventories to ensure they are sufficient to meet production needs.
Comply with all company safety policies and procedures and maintain good housekeeping, GMP practices, and Global Food Safety practices.
Other duties as assigned by manager.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS 5-7 years of relevant industry experience in manufacturing planning.
Strong Excel skills, with an aptitude for learning another MS Office suite of tools.
Ability to communicate effectively, tactfully, and professionally with management, customers, and vendors.
Able to work flexible and extended hours and weekends as business demands.
Good interpersonal and communication skills.
