Machine Operator

*Machine Operator* We are looking for Production Associates to work on-site at a local manufacturing plant.
This position will be working 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule.
Anticipated duration is 6 months +.
* Will operate various types of production equipment (training will be provided).
* Responsible for clearing jams and basic troubleshooting.
* Perform basic changeover tasks.
* Clean, Inspect, lubricate equipment.
* Responsible for cleaning and maintaining a clean work area.
* Will assist with movement of product or material throughout the plant.
Previous experience in a plant environment is preferred.
* Must be able to operate and work around industrial equipment.
* Must be able to walk up and down stairways to platforms.
* Must be able to work up to 12-hour shifts.
* Must be able to recognize potential safety dangers around plant equipment and walk-ways.
* Must be able to lift and move up to a 40-pound load.
* Must be able to stand for long periods of time (majority of work will be conducted from a standing position).
* Must be capable of walking the distance from parking lot to designated job area (may be 1 mile+), in addition to walking throughout a large manufacturing plant during course of day for required meetings and other required duties.
*Additional Requirements:* Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check according to company and client policies.
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary Pay: $25.
