Key Responsibilities: Respond to service calls and troubleshoot system malfunctions.
Help clients on-site with HVAC issues.
Preparing cost estimates.
Install and test HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation units.
Inspect existing HVAC systems to identify and diagnose issues and provide recommendations for repair or replacement.
Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimum efficiency and prevent breakdowns.
Keep detailed records of all maintenance and repair work.
Follow safety rules on field visits and be aware of industry regulations to make sure everything is done the right way.
Maintain accurate records of repairs and installations.
Provide feedback to improve product reliability and performance.
Ensure client satisfaction through timely and effective issue resolution while working on clients' sites.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Communicate technical information clearly and understandably.
Requirements: Valid HVAC technician license Own transportation and valid driver's license and willingness to travel to client sites.
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and equipment Proficient in troubleshooting and repairing HVAC systems Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage time effectively.
