-Work through the DC, MD, VA Area
- Utilize hand and power tools to seal cracks, gaps, and openings
- Replace insulation in attics to improve energy efficiency
- Install vapor barriers and insulation in crawl spaces to prevent moisture
- Work in attics and outdoor areas, adhering to safety guidelines and procedures
- Collaborate with the team
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used
-Maintain Clean and Organized Work Truck

- Previous experience in construction or handyman work is preferred
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to work in varying conditions
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Valid driver's license
