As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of construction crews, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational and communication skills.
Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction crews - Assign tasks and responsibilities to crew members - Ensure that projects are completed on schedule and within budget - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control - Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure project success - Provide guidance and training to crew members as needed - Maintain a safe working environment and enforce OSHA regulations Experience: - Proven experience as a Crew Leader or similar role in the construction industry - Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices - Excellent supervisory and leadership skills - Ability to effectively communicate with team members, project managers, and other stakeholders - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Have knowledge in building residential homes, framing, window and door installations, decks, screen porches, and more If you are a motivated individual with a passion for construction and have the necessary skills and experience, we invite you to apply for this position.
