Kinnie Design LLC specializes in *Interior* and *Exterior* residential remodeling.
We work in the Fairfax County, Arlington County, Loudoun County, Prince Williams County, and Frederick (VA) County.
Travel and mileage reimbursement available.
_Responsibilities & Duties:_ * Complete a variety of residential remodeling tasks from start to finish.
* Clean and protect work site.
* Aquire materials as needed.
* Ensure projects are completed within budget, on-time, and following company quality and safety standards.
_Position Requirements:_ * Proficient in the safe use of standard power tools * Reliable transportation to job sites * Valid driver's license and good driving record * Ability to safely utilize ladders * Must be capable of lifting and carrying a minimum of 80 pounds * Good communication skills _Benefits:_ * Health Insurance * Retirement plan with company contribution * Paid vacation & sick leave * Paid holidays * Performance bonus opportunities * Company phone or phone credit * Company vehicle possible * Tool reimbursement Pay: Dependent on experience $20.
