Construction Estimator/Project Manager Civil Excavationand Utilities

Responsibilities: - Oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish Degree in Construction Management or related field (preferred) - 5 yrs.
proven experience in *ESTIMATING* and project management for commercial site *EXCAVATION, UTILITY WORK, ROAD BUILDING* work - Strong knowledge of CIVIL construction methods, materials, and processes - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and leadership abilities - Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents - Proficient in use of Agrek, Paadirt.
Omanco Proest or similar estimating and quantity take off software This position requires a high level of attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
The successful candidate will have a track record of successfully managing construction projects from conception to completion.
This job pays a fixed % of the profits to the estimator/project manager with increased profit sharing for projects that exceed the original bid amount of profit.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: $115,000.
