, IS LOOKING FOR A COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION WORKING SUPERINTENDENT WHO HAS A FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL COST AND FUNDAMENTAL KNOWLEDGE OF DIVISIONS: CONCRETE, MASONRY, CARPENTRY, ROOFING, DOORS, FRAMES AND HARDWARE, PLUMBING, ELECTRICAL AND BASIC UTILITIES/EXCAVATION.
*Our superintendent works nights and weekends as needed.
Rate of pay commensurates with experience.
Our average superintendent makes $100K with his OT.
Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial interior and exterior renovation work.
Small project renovation experience a plus.
* In charge of management of electrical, plumbing, and concrete throughout the project
* Client and Sub-Contractor coordination
* Permit tracking and closeout management
* Change-order Logs and Sub-contract Change-order tracking
* RFI and submitting and tracking Job Cost Reporting - Project Close-Out
* Prepare cost estimates based on information collected by others.
Qualifications:
* A Superintendent should have fundamental knowledge of construction material cost and fundamental knowledge of Divisions: Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Roofing, Doors, Frames and Hardware, Plumbing, Electrical, and Basic Utilities/Excavation
* Minimum 5 years in Commercial Service Management Industry
* Ability to be flexible to adjust to changing conditions and the needs of our customers.
* Good communication (verbal and written), interpersonal skills required.
* Proficiency in reading Blueprints
* Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $25.
00 - $35.
