*Job Description:* We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Carpenter Foreman to join our team.
The Carpenter Foreman will be responsible for overseeing carpentry projects, managing a team of carpenters, and ensuring that all work is completed safely, accurately, and on time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry, excellent leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.
*Responsibilities: *
· Lead and manage a team of carpenters, including assigning tasks, providing guidance and training, and evaluating performance.
· Coordinate with project managers to plan and schedule carpentry work according to project timelines and requirements.
· Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project scope and materials needed.
· Ensure that all work is completed according to quality standards, building codes, and safety regulations.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues or delays, and implement solutions to keep projects on track.
· Communicate effectively with team members, subcontractors, and others to ensure smooth project coordination.
· Maintain a clean and organized work environment and adhere to company policies and procedures.
*Requirements: *
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in carpentry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or foreman role.
· Extensive knowledge of carpentry techniques, tools, and materials.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
· Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
· Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
· Proven track record of delivering high-quality work on time and within budget.
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
· OSHA certification and other relevant certifications/licenses are a plus.
