Maintenance Supervisor

Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team.
As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of our facilities.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively manage a team.
Duties: - Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance personnel - Develop and implement maintenance procedures and schedules - Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment and facilities are in good working condition - Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems - Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs or installations - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders and inventory - Train and mentor maintenance staff on proper procedures and safety protocols - Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety standards - Oversee the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment - Collaborate with other departments to address maintenance needs and prioritize tasks Experience: - Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role - Strong knowledge of project management principles - Proficient in English, both written and verbal - Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills - Solid understanding of electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and work with logic controllers - Experience in facilities management, including managing HVAC systems - Ability to fabricate or repair equipment as needed We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
