Description
* Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, handling incoming calls regarding service initiation, termination, usage inquiries, contact updates, work orders, and general information, including billing inquiries.
* Demonstrate professionalism and courtesy in all customer interactions, maintaining confidentiality and resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
* Ensure attention to detail, reliability, and accurate database entry.
* High school graduation required, along with one year of office clerical experience and one year of direct service, preferably in a public utility setting.
