I am simply looking for land to be able to take my son, my father-in-law, and myself hunting, not too interested in public land unless I have no other choice, I had something lined up but it did not go through on their end and I do not wish to rely on someone else to be able to take my son on his first hunting trip, I am 32, son is 12, father in law is 60, I am willing to come to a price agreement, or if you need some work done around your property that is also fine as I want my son to learn the fruits of his own labor and what it gets him, either way thanks and hope to hear from someone soon, just to relieve any guesses here, I do not drink or do drugs, I do smoke tobacco but wouldn't while hunting, and even if so my son and I are the types that take a trash bag fishing and leave with it full from trash that was already there when we got there, I am not looking to mess up anyones land nor do I plan on being out there all hunting season long, most likely would be 2 times during deer season (firearm), and
maybe a few times squirrel hunting more so to get my son out in the woods and get a layout of the land, would be looking to first go in around January or mid December so hopefully we can find something by then.
