Personal Trainer

Duties - Conduct fitness assessments and consultations to determine clients' goals and fitness levels - Develop personalized exercise programs based on clients' needs and goals - Provide one-on-one personal training sessions to clients, focusing on proper form and technique - Lead group fitness classes and provide modifications for different fitness levels - Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to support their fitness goals - Monitor clients' progress and make adjustments to their programs as needed - Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients `Skills - Strong knowledge of fitness sales techniques to promote personal training services - Experience in sports coaching or personal training, with a focus on individualized instruction - In-depth understanding of human anatomy and physiology to ensure safe and effective exercise programming - Ability to lead group fitness classes and modify exercises for different fitness levels - Proficient in program design, including creating progressive workouts tailored to clients' goals - Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the value of personal training services - Background in physical education or related field is preferred - Excellent understanding of body mechanics to prevent injuries during exercise sessions As a Personal Trainer, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse clientele, helping them achieve their fitness goals through personalized training programs.
