*Girls Varsity Lacrosse Coach*
Foxcroft School located in Middleburg, VA is searching for a Girls High School Varsity Lacrosse Coach for the
2023/2024 season.
This is a part-time position with a stipend paid through payroll.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Position duties (including but not limited to):
● Develop a lacrosse program and players.
● Work with student-athletes to improve personal and teamwork skills.
● Coordinate practice sessions and training programs with an emphasis on athletic growth, development, and safety.
● Attend all practices and games.
● Promote a positive attitude, academic achievement, and personal growth.
● Lead and coordinate a team of coaches.
● Ensure the well-being of players.
● Work collaboratively with the Athletic Director to evaluate program needs.
● Maintain compliance with Conference and State Athletic Association rules and guidelines.
● Organize and maintain proper records, including GPAC & State forms, reports, team statistics and end of season information.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent and a minimum of 1 year coaching experience.
● Must have a valid driver’s license, complete a background check, fingerprinting, first aid and CPR Certification, and Concussion Training.
● Comply with all Foxcroft School procedures and policies.
● Evening and weekend hours are required.
● Have the ability to maintain and consistently exemplify the highest standards of professionalism, leadership, sportsmanship, and respect.
● Have proven organizational and motivational skills.
● Work and communicate effectively with the team, staff, parents, community, and administration.
● Show professional dedication to athletic development and expertise in coaching.
