Preschool Assistant Teacher- Substitute

Implement and assess planned lessons for students ● Conduct daily classroom activities to meet the social, emotional, cognitive, and physical needs of each child ● Ability to meet the needs of all students with different learning styles by using various teaching methods ● Proven organizational skills with the ability to remain calm while meeting frequently changing and competing demands ● Prepare educational materials to facilitate daily activities in accordance with the curriculum ● Promote literacy and early education ● Complete designated activities that are given by the Teacher ● Create and maintain a safe and nurturing environment ● Facilitate open communication with parents and staff ● Provide and assist in creating nutritious meals and snacks ● Comply with all state education and licensing standards ● Become familiar with emergency protocols and procedures ● Prepared for Professional Development, Training, and Observations ● Cover a classroom when a teacher is unable to (sickness, vacation, other absence) Job Type: Part-time Pay: $13.
