We are seeking a dedicated Daycare Teacher to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and creating a nurturing environment for their development.
\*\*Responsibilities:\*\*
- Implement age-appropriate activities to stimulate and engage children
- Provide basic needs such as feeding, changing diapers, and ensuring safety
- Foster a positive learning environment through play, social interaction, and educational activities
- Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's progress
- Monitor and document children's behavior and progress
- Ensure the daycare environment is clean, safe, and organized
\*\*Skills:\*\*
- Must be 18 years of age
- Willing to get a background check and complete CPR/First Aid as well as WV Stars Training
- Classroom management
- Experience working with children
- First aid certification
- Knowledge of infant and toddler care
- Understanding of childhood development stages
\*\*Requirements:\*\*
- Previous experience in a daycare setting is preferred but not required
